Joseph Lanza Joseph Lanza is vice president of sales and marketing, Americas, for Dow Jones Newswires where he heads a staff of 50 sales and marketing professionals for the company's flagship real-time news and information solution, Dow Jones News Service, as well as Dow Jones NewsPlus, Dow Jones Capital Markets Report and the company's other real-time financial news and information products in the U.S., Canada and Latin America. Previously, Mr. Lanza held the position of president of the retail division and vice president of business development for Barra, Inc.
Prior to joining Barra, Mr. Lanza spent more than a decade in a variety of sales and marketing roles with Reuters America. Among his positions, he served as vice president for the fixed-income information business and senior vice president and general manager for Reuters OnLine.
Mr. Lanza began his career as a sales executive for a securities firm, Glickenhaus & Co.
He is a graduate of William Paterson University in New Jersey.
