George J. Schietinger is a Senior Relationship Manager for Credit Suisse Private Banking USA , where he is a Director. He is based in the New York office, which is the U.S. headquarters for Credit Suisse. As the top ranked Relationship Manager, Mr. Schietinger leads a team of six professionals whose practice assists affluent individuals, family offices, ERISA plans and endowments. Mr. Schietinger is focused on providing a process and solutions-based approach to the relationships with whom he works. His approach attempts to integrate trust and estate planning, monetization strategies, asset allocation, volatility budgets, liquidity budgets, tax and time horizon to best reflect client needs and objectives.

Mr. Schietinger began his career as a fixed income research analyst; and joined a predecessor firm of Credit Suisse in 1990. Always an innovator, Mr. Schietinger was very early to recognize the integral role that alternative investments would play in asset allocations. His leading position in introducing ultra-high-net-worth clients to private equity prompted the firm to engage him to raise a buyout/venture capital fund on behalf of Pacific Corporate Group. PCG is a leading institutional private equity consultant who counts CALPERS, Oregon, Washington, and NYC Police and Fireman as clients. As a result of his efforts, and his client's loyalty, Mr. Schietinger has been a member of the Chairman's Club, a designation recognizing Credit Suisse's top performers every year since 1993.

Mr. Schietinger graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance. He is active with a number of charities, which include the Ring True Foundation, which matches African students with scholarships from leading American prep schools and universities. George and his wife Elena, and Administrative Law Judge reside in Manhasset, New York and are happily overwhelmed with three sons, Cole, Grant and Kent.
